Low pressure associated with the cold front that moved through last evening will gradually pull away from the area today.

This morning, clouds and some spits of lake effect precipitation are likely. Both drizzle and a few snow flurries will be possible, mainly early on in the morning.

The later in the morning it gets, the lower the chances for precipitation. Some sun may begin to poke out between the clouds during the midday hours, with a greater increase in sunshine through the afternoon.

Winds will be from the north-northwest with speeds up to 10 mph. Top gusts will stay under 30 mph.

It will be notably cooler than the last few days with highs struggling, and in many cases failing to reach 40 degrees.

Skies will be partly cloudy this evening with winds turning to the southwest. Evening temperatures will drop to the low 30s and should hold steady or even rise slightly overnight.

Here is a look at the weather for the next few days:

Sunday: Cloudy with spits of rain and snow. Morning lows in the mid 30s. Afternoon highs around 40.

Monday: Sunny with a few clouds, mainly late. Chilly. Morning lows in the mid 20s. Afternoon highs in the mid and upper 30s.

Tuesday: Cloudy with rain late. Gusty to strong winds possible. Morning lows in the upper 20s. Afternoon highs in the mid 40s.

Wednesday: Breezy with some lake effect snow showers. Temperatures fall from the low 40s early to the mid 30s in the afternoon.
