Temperatures will be warmer today, but showers will linger throughout the day.

Rain showers will be possible at almost any time today, but it will not be raining steadily. In fact, most of the time it will probably not be actively raining, and individual showers will be short lived.

A few glimpses of sunshine may even be possible here or there, especially in the afternoon.

Winds will be light this morning or even nearly calm but will turn to the northwest this afternoon. By the evening, wind speeds will be near 10 mph.

Temperatures will be slightly above average and notably warmer than the last few days. Expect highs mainly in the upper 40s with a few mid 40s in the northern hills.

Tonight, the chances for stray showers will continue with temperatures slowly backing through the 40s and into the 30s.

Precipitation should end before sunrise with an overnight low in the mid 30s.
