Three individuals were charged after the Cortland County Drug Task Force executed a narcotics search warrant at a house in the city on Wednesday, according to a report.
The report stated that during the execution of the warrant, officers found a controlled substance called Cathinone, while also locating packaging material and scales.
Dulcie Brown, 30, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts of first-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia; Nicklos Sweeney, 39, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance; and Aaron R. Vandebogart, 32, was charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration.
All three individuals were processed. Sweeney and Vandebogart were released on appearance tickets, while Brown was arraigned and released. All are due to appear in court in the coming weeks.
