A cold frontal passage early this morning will set the stage for a cooler day today.

Widespread snow associated with the front will taper off between sunrise and the mid-morning hours. Most areas should see just a coating of accumulation, but some of the hilltops could see around an inch.

Once the widespread snow ends, the rest of the day should be rather quiet. Only an occasional minor flurry here or there is expected.

Skies will remain mostly to completely overcast.

Winds will be out of the northwest with speeds occasionally approaching 10 mph. Top gusts on the day should be 20-25 mph.

Temperatures will not rise much today with a high in the mid 30s. Tonight, as the sun sets, temperatures will retreat to around 30 degrees.

A few stray flurries will be possible overnight as well with no additional accumulation expected. Overnight lows will mostly be in the upper 20s.
