Mainly dry conditions are expected during the daytime hours today before rain increases for the night.

Clouds will be plentiful throughout the day, but there should be occasional breaks of sunshine. In general, more sun will be seen during the afternoon than in the morning.

A stray spit of rain cannot be ruled out during the daytime hours, but most of the rain will move in this evening. On and off rain will persist through the night and into early Sunday.

Rain amounts should be no higher than a half inch.

Winds will turn blustery today, coming in from the west-northwest. Wind speeds will be up to 15 mph with gusts as high as 35 mph.

Temperatures will only reach a high in the upper 60s to perhaps near 70 degrees this afternoon. Evening temperatures will fall through the 60s with an overnight low in the3 low 50s

Wednesday: Sun and clouds. Morning lows in the mid 40s. Afternoon highs in the mid 70s.
