An individual was allegedly found to be in possession of drugs after shoplifting at a local store, according to a report.
The Cortland County Sheriff’s report stated that Erin A. Mann allegedly stole merchandise from the Walmart store in Cortlandville. In the process of being arrested, the report noted that Mann was allegedly in possession of drugs.
Mann was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and petit larceny (misdemeanors). Mann was processed, released and is now due to appear in Cortlandville town court on June 24.
