Individual pulled over for speeding, discovered with suspended license

An individual was discovered with a suspended driver’s license after he was pulled over for speeding, according to a report.

The Cortland County Sheriff’s report stated that officers pulled over Michael E. Fuller II, 50, of Cortlandville, for speeding on Route 13 in the town of Homer. 

According to the report, Fuller was discovered with a suspended driver’s license and was in possession of drugs. Fuller was arrested on Wednesday (June 19) and charged with speeding over a 55 (MPH) zone, unlicensed operation, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (misdemeanors).

Fuller was processed, released and is now due to appear in Homer town court on July 2.
