It will be another muggy day with additional chances for showers and thunderstorms.

Showers and storms will be possible at any time today but will be most likely from the late morning through the mid afternoon.

The rain will be scattered to numerous at times, and most of the county will probably see rain or at least hear some distant thunder.

Any thunderstorms that develop will be capable of frequent to continuous lightning, torrential downpours and minor flooding, and some locally strong to severe wind gusts.

Outside of the storms, skies will be more cloudy than not. Temperatures will rise into the mid 80s with dewpoints still near or above 70 degrees.

Winds will be light out of the northwest with speeds around 5 mph.

Showers and storms will diminish late in the day and most of the overnight should be dry. However, areas of fog will be possible, which could be locally dense.

Overnight lows will make it to the mid 60s.

Saturday: Scattered showers and storms possible. Morning lows in the mid 60s. Afternoon highs in the mid 80s.

Sunday: Scattered showers and storms possible. Morning lows in the upper 60s. Afternoon highs in the upper 80s.

Monday: Scattered showers. Morning lows in the mid 60s. Afternoon highs in the mid 70s.

Tuesday: Mostly sunny. Morning lows in the mid 50s. Afternoon highs in the low 80s.
