A woman allegedly stole merchandise from a store in Cortlandville, according to a report.
The Cortland County Sheriff’s report stated that Cassandra A. Morgan, 28, of Cortland, allegedly stole merchandise from the Walmart store in Cortlandville.
Morgan was arrested several hours later in Cortland, the report noted, and was arrested on Monday (June 24). Morgan was charged with petit larceny – a misdemeanor.
Morgan was processed, released and is now due to appear in Cortlandville town court on July 8.
