A woman was arrested earlier this week after she allegedly damaged property that belonged to a power company, according to a report.
The Cortland County Sheriff’s report stated that on Nov. 8, 2023, officers responded to the area of Pease Hill Road in the town of Cuyler for a criminal mischief complaint.
According to the report, Elena T. Park, 38, of Cuyler, allegedly damaged property last year. A warrant for Park’s arrest was issued on Nov. 30, 2023.
Park was located and arrested on Monday (June 24) and charged with second-degree criminal mischief (a felony). She was arraigned, released and is now due to appear in Cuyler town court on July 8.
