The 12th annual ChillaBration festival took place in downtown Cortland Saturday.

Twenty-one restaurants handed out samples of homemade chili as part of the 12th annual ChillaBration Festival in downtown Cortland.

Twenty-three restaurants and retailers participated in the event and competed for the title of "Cortland Area's Best Chili" and "Favorite Winter Flavor."

The event brings more than 1,000 people to the Main Street area, giving restaurants and retailers a chance to show off their range of items.
