CORTLAND, N.Y. – Cortland Regional Medical Center is pleased to welcome Dr. Yair Litvin, a specialist in Endocrinology, to the team of expert providers at Regional Medical Practice.
Dr. Litvin comes to Cortland from Cliffside Park, NJ after having operated the Litvin’s Centers for Diabetes for 20 years. During that time he ran private practice offices that served the communities of Bergen County, Fort Lee and West Orange, New Jersey.
Board Certified in Endocrinology and Internal Medicine, Dr. Litvin provides a range of medical care especially related to caring for patients with Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes, various Thyroid conditions and other medical issues related to hormonal diseases or disorders. Dr. Litvin is now accepting patients at his office on 1259 Fisher Avenue and can be contacted for an appointment by calling (607) 753-1017.
Dr. Litvin received his medical degree from Hebrew University Hadassah Medical School in Jerusalem, Israel. He continued his training by completing a 5-year residency in Internal Medicine and a fellowship for endocrinology at Hadassah Hospital. He also completed a fellowship in endocrinology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, NY.
