CORTLAND, N.Y. – A McLean man is accused of punching a 15-year-old girl in the face following a dispute in the town of Dryden Sunday, according to the Tompkins County Sheriff's Office.

At around 6:30 p.m. Sunday, deputies responded to 4 Pond Drive for a dispute.
Joseph M. Bartos, 31, of McLean, reportedly pushed an adult female to the ground and punched a 15-year-old girl in the face, according to deputies.
Bartos was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and harassment, both misdemeanors.
He was released on an appearance ticket and is set to appear in Dryden Town Court on Sep. 28 at 5 p.m.
