CORTLAND, N.Y. – A Syracuse man was arrested Saturday after being found with more than two dozen bags of cocaine, according to the city of Cortland Police Department.

Police responded to a report of suspicious activity on Williams Street at around 2 a.m. Saturday.
Officers pulled over a vehicle being driven by LeRoy Raynor, Sr., 34, of Parkway Drive in Syracuse. Police say Raynor was driving without a license.
After searching his car, police found 25 individual packages of cocaine.
Raynor was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, a class B felony.
He was sent to Cortland County Jail without bail.
