A state police official was only able to immediately confirm Thursday morning that CaroLynn Weeks has been reported missing by her family. More information could be released later Thursday.

Weeks' daughter, Jamie Weeks, has said on social media that her mother was in contact with her father until about 2:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Jamie Weeks told The Voice that the family is worried about her mother's well-being, saying specifically that they're worried she may have been involved in a crash due to poor weather conditions Tuesday night.

She said her mother has long, curly brown hair, weighs about 175 pounds and is 5-feet-seven-inches tall. She was driving a 2014 Kia optima hybrid with LED lights and license plate number BXS1184.

There is a humming bird charm hanging from the review mirror of the vehicle and a Route 66 license plate in the back window.
