CINCINNATUS, N.Y. — A Cortland County man was arrested Thursday after deputies say he threatened someone with a chainsaw.
On Thursday, the Cortland County Sheriff's Office responded to a home at Lower Cincinnatus Road for a report of a domestic incident.
An investigation determined that Joshua R. Lambright, 29, who lived at the home, threatened a person with a chainsaw, the sheriff's office said. No injuries occurred during the incident.
Lambright was charged with misdemeanors of reckless endangerment, criminal possession of a weapon and menacing.
He was arraigned in Cincinnatus Town Court and released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to appear in court next month.
