Narrative: Session was stopped for having a loud muffler on Port Watson Street. He was found to be intoxicated. He was scheduled to be arraigned in Cortland City Court Thursday morning.

Police: Freeville man drove at woman in Ramada Inn parking lot

Charges: Reckless endangerment (misdemeanor); fourth-degree criminal mischief (misdemeanor); third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation (misdemeanor); seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (misdemeanor)

Narrative: Fidelman was involved in a verbal dispute with a 36-year-old female in the parking lot on 2 River Street, the Ramada Inn. During the argument, he got into his vehicle and drove at the female; however, she was able to jump out of the way and he drove the vehicle into the side of the Ramada Inn causing damage to the building. Fidelman also had the controlled substance Zanax in his possession, police said. He was scheduled to be arraigned in Cortland City Court Thursday morning.
