Haunted House for Adults

Enter if you dare!
This haunted house is extra frightening!
Friday, Oct. 27 from 8:30pm-11:00pm
Saturday, Oct. 28 from 7:00pm-11:00pm

$2 Admission.

There will be a kids time on Friday, Oct. 27 from 5:00pm-8:00pm that is less spooky.

Masquerade Charity Gala

Access to Independence is proud to host its 6th annual Charity Gala event with live music by Lonnie Park, hors d'oeuvres by M&D Deli, silent auction packages and raffles, and much more! Costumes optional!

A Heroes and Villains' Halloween

Halloween bash at BRU 64

This is looking like a big night for costume parties around town, so do your best and see if you can beat the band for best dressed.

Earlier shows that night include Tribal Revival at BRU 64 at 7pm and a huge Halloween blowout at Cortland Beer Company, LLC with Hurtin' Units,Genitor, and Sanjuro Fields starting at 8pm.

Believers' Chapel Cortland Trunk or Treat

If you aren't familiar with trunk-or-treat, it's an event where people decorate their cars with a theme and have candy available for kids. This event will take place at the Believers' Chapel, 1118 State Route 222, Cortland starting at 5 p.m. Saturday.

Halloween rock show at Cortland Beer Company

This one is for the adults! Two local rock bands, Genitor and Sanjuro Fields, will perform at Cortland Beer Company Friday, Oct. 27, to kick off Halloween weekend. Click here for more information.

'Nosferatu' screening at Center for the Arts of Homer (with live score)

In this highly influential silent horror film, the mysterious Count Orlok (Max Schreck) summons Thomas Hutter (Gustav von Wangenheim) to his remote Transylvanian castle in the mountains. Instrumental electro-rock band, The Magnetic Pull will be performing a live, all original score to the film. And stick around for the Nosferatu After-Party w/ a vinyl-only DJ set curated by the band! $5 suggested donation at the door. Concessions will be available throughout the show. Special late night snacks available at the after party.

Halloween Weekend Glow In The Dark Paint And Sip Class

Monster bash at Truxton Community Center

This one is great for the kids. This event includes a costume contest, dancing, pumpkin printing, and refreshments. It runs from 6 - 8 p.m. at the Truxton Community Center, 6337 Academy St, Truxton.
