CORTLAND, N.Y. - Authorities have arrested a woman from Marathon who was a wanted fugitive in Pennsylvania, the Cortland County Sheriff's Office announced Tuesday.
At around 1 p.m. Monday, authorities arrested 25-year-old Lauren Parshall, who was already incarcerated at the Cortland County Jail on a separate charge, according to Lt. Todd Caufield with the sheriff's office.
Parshall's arrest came after authorities in Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania, told local investigators that she was wanted in Pennsylvania on a probation violation, Lt. Caufield said.
Parshall was arrested Monday and arraigned in Cortland City Court and sent back to county jail with no bail. She is due back in court Wednesday.
