CINCINNATUS, N.Y. — A Cortland County man faces three felony charges after authorities allege he stole more than $1,000 from a local business.
On May 25, at approximately 11:30 a.m., officers from the Cortland County Sherif's Office were called to investigate a burglary complaint at Dave's Dairy Treat on Route 26 in the town of Cincinnatus.
Authorities say that 24-year-old Adam D. Tomlinson, of Cincinnatus, entered the store and stole more than $1,000 worth of currency and property from the business.
Tomlinson was arrested six days later and charged with third-degree burglary, fourth-degree grand larceny, and computer trespass, all of which are felonies.
His next court appearance is June 7 in Cincinnatus.
