CORTLAND, N.Y. —The Cortland Police Department is looking for the public's help in identifying the motorcyclist depicted in the above photograph.
He was one of three motorcyclists to lead police officers on a pursuit through the city of Cortland, the town of Cortlandville, and the town of Homer on Monday, August 6, at around 1:06 p.m., police said.
The two other drivers, both Homer residents, were stopped and charged.
