Cortland woman charged following crash
Name: Alicia A. McGraw, 40, of Cortland
Charges: Operation of a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor; failure to keep right, a violation
Details: McGraw was traveling east on Port Watson Street when she drifted into the westbound lane and struck another vehicle. McGraw was sent to the hospital with chest pains and was treated and released with no other injuries reported. She was released to appear Jan. 16 in City Court.

Name: Jeffrey D. Utter, 36, of McGraw
Charges: Driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor; aggravated driving with .18 percent or more of alcohol, a misdemeanor; traffic infractions
Details: On Sunday, Dec. 23, at around 1:49 a.m., officers stopped a vehicle on Route 41 in Cortlandville that was failing to keep right and driving across hazard markings. Officers determined that the driver was in an intoxicated condition. He was arrested and released to appear Jan. 7 in Cortlandville Town Court.
