CINCINNATUS, N.Y. — The annual Firemen's Field Days was held in the town of Cincinnatus this weekend, drawing residents from in and around Cortland County for three days of family-friendly events.

Attractions and events included a fair with rides and carnival food; a pancake breakfast; bicycle races; live music; a car and motorcycle show; and a parade.

The parade was held at 6 p.m. Saturday, beginning at Heritage Hall and ending at the Country Lanes bowling alley on Route 26.

The Cincinnatus Fire Department, which organizes this event ever year, uses all of the proceeds raised during the event to put the show on again next year, says Cincinnatus Assistant Fire Chief Corey Brenchley.

The Field Days event will conclude with a fireworks show tonight at 7 p.m.
