Cortland Weather Outlook: Friday, August 2

For today's weather forecast, forecasters are anticipating a sunny day with temperatures increasing to a high near 80 degrees.

Skies will be clear throughout the day, with calm and refreshing southwest winds blowing up to 5 miles per hour.

It will then get partly cloudy in the evening.

Temperatures will then begin to drop at night to around 60 degrees.

Saturday: Mostly Sunny, with temperatures increasing and reaching a high of about 82 degrees throughout the day. There will be light and variable winds in the afternoon along with a slight 20 percent chance of precipitation. It will then be mostly clear at night with temperatures decreasing to a near 58 degrees.

Sunday: Mostly sunny throughout the day with temperatures reaching a high near 78 degrees. Temperatures will then begin to drop to around 51 degrees at night.

Monday: Sunny, with temperatures reaching a high of around 80 degrees throughout the day. Skies will keep themselves clear at night, with temperatures dropping to a near 59 degrees.

Tuesday: Mostly sunny along with temperatures increasing and reaching a high of a near 83 degrees during the day. It will begin to get partly cloudy late in the afternoon, with there being a 40 percent chance of showers in the evening. Temperatures will then decrease to about 62 degrees at night.

Wednesday: Partly cloudy, with there being a 40 percent chance of showers throughout the day. Temperatures will increase to a high of a near 79 degrees and drop to around 60 degrees at night.
