Cortland Weather Outlook: Thursday, August 29

For today's weather forecast, it will be mostly sunny throughout the day with temperatures increasing to around 70 degrees.

There will also be west winds of up to 10 miles per hour during the day. Winds will then decrease to around 4 miles per hour in the evening.

Temperatures will finally begin to decrease late in the evening to a near 54 degrees.

Here is a look at the rest of this week's weather forecast, according to the National Weather Service in Binghamton:

Friday: Mostly sunny with temperatures increasing to a near 77 degrees in the afternoon. It will then begin to get cloudy late in the afternoon with there being a slight 30 percent chance of showers.

Saturday: Mostly sunny, with temperatures increasing to a high near 69 degrees during the day. Temperatures will then decrease to around 48 degrees at night.

Sunday: Mostly cloudy with there being a 40 percent chance of precipitation throughout the day. Chances of showers will then decrease to around 30 percent in the evening. Temperatures will increase to a high near 69 degrees during the day and drop to around 54 degrees at night.

Monday: Partly sunny, with there however still being a slight 30 percent chance of showers during the day. Temperatures will reach a high near 73 degrees in the afternoon and decrease to around 54 degrees at night.
