Cortland Weather Outlook: Tuesday, October 22

For today's weather forecast, forecasters are anticipating a partly cloudy day with there being a 60 percent chance of showers in the afternoon.

Showers will most likely start at around 1 p.m and will stop by the end of the night.

Along with these rain showers, there will also be south winds of up to 16 miles per hour.

Temperatures will be reaching a high near 58 degrees during the day and drop to around 42 degrees at night.

Here is a look at the rest of this week's weather forecast, according to the National Weather Service in Binghamton:

Wednesday: It will be partly sunny with temperatures reaching a high of around 53 degrees during the day. There will then be a 30 percent chance of rain in the afternoon. Temperatures will then begin to decrease in the evening until reaching a near 36 degrees at night.

Thursday: Mostly sunny throughout the day with temperatures increasing  to a high of around 58 degrees. It will then start to become partly cloudy in the evening with temperatures decreasing to a near 37 degrees at night.

Friday: Mostly cloudy with there being aa 30 percent chance of showers throughout the day. Showers will most likely start after 8 a.m. Temperatures will reach a high near 55 degrees during the day and drop to around 37 degrees at night.

Saturday: It will be a partly sunny day with there still being a 40 percent chance of showers throughout the day. Temperatures will reach a high of around 46 degrees during the day and drop to a near 32 degrees at night.
