Cortland Weather Outlook: Monday, November 4

For today's weather forecast, forecasters are anticipating a partly cloudy day with temperatures increasing to a high of around 47 degrees in the afternoon.

There will also be south winds from a range of five to 14 miles per hour throughout the day.

Clouds will begin to increase in the evening with there being a 30 percent chance of rain later in the day.

Temperatures will finally decrease to a near 38 degrees at night.

Here is a look at the rest of this week's weather forecast, according to the National Weather Service in Binghamton:

Tuesday: Mostly sunny throughout the day with temperatures increasing to a high of around 53 degrees in the afternoon. It will then begin to get cloudy in the evening with there being a 40 percent chance of showers. Temperatures will then drop to a near 36 degrees at night.

Wednesday: Sunny, along with temperatures reaching a high of around 44 degrees during the day. Clouds will then begin to show late in the afternoon with there being a 30 percent chance of showers in the evening and night. Temperatures will then decrease to a low near 29 degrees at night.

Thursday: Mostly cloudy with there being a 50 percent chance of precipitation throughout the day. Temperatures will be reaching a high of around 42 degrees during the day. There will then be a good chance of snow in the evening with temperatures decreasing to a near 23 degrees at night.

Friday: Partly sunny with temperatures increasing to a high near 32 degrees during the day. It will then begin to get cloudy in the afternoon with there being a 40 percent chancre of precipitation for the rest of the day, including snow. Temperatures will then drop in the evening until reaching a low of around 18 degrees at night.
