Cortland Weather Outlook: Thursday, November 7

For today's weather forecast, forecasters are predicting a mostly cloudy day with there being a 90 percent chance of precipitation throughout the day.

It will first start raining early in the morning. Then, morning rain showers will begin to turn into snow before noon.

Chances of precipitation will then decrease to around 60 percent in the evening.

There will also be southwest winds of up to 10 miles per hour during the day.

Temperatures will be a reaching a high near 39 degrees during the day and will then drop to about 23 degrees at night.

Here is a look at the rest of this week's weather forecast, according to the National Weather Service in Binghamton:

Friday: Partly sunny with temperatures increasing to a high near 32 degrees during the day. It will then begin to get cloudy in the afternoon with there being a 40 percent chancre of precipitation for the rest of the day, including snow. Temperatures will then drop in the evening until reaching a low of around 18 degrees at night.

Saturday: Mostly sunny, with temperatures increasing to a high near 34 degrees during the day. It will then begin to become cloudy in the evening with temperatures decreasing to around 23 degrees at night.

Sunday: Mostly cloudy with there being a 60 percent chance of snow showers throughout the day. Temperatures will be increasing to a near 41 degrees during the day and will then drop to around 24 degrees at night.

Monday: Mostly cloudy with there being a 40 percent chance of snow showers during the day. Temperatures will be reaching a high of around 35 degrees during the day and will then decrease to a near 20 degrees at night.
