A weak weather system passed through the region last night and it will take most of the day to shake off the leftovers behind it.

Clouds will be thick through the morning and most of the afternoon. A stray shower will be possible here and there, with some drizzle and a few areas of fog this morning.

A little sun should break through late in the day, leading into a brief period of clear skies this evening. New clouds will increase after midnight.

Winds will be light and variable this morning before increasing to 5-10 mph from the northwest this afternoon. Evening winds should turn nearly calm once again.

High temperatures will push into the low 50s this afternoon. Evening temperatures will drop to near 40 degrees.

Saturday: Cloudy early, then some afternoon sun. Morning lows in the upper 20s. Afternoon highs in the low 40s.

Sunday: A mix of clouds and some sunny periods. Morning lows in the upper 20s. Afternoon highs in the mid 50s.
