Today will be raw, cold, and windy behind yesterday’s weather system.

Skies will be a mix of clouds and sunny breaks throughout the day. When it is cloudy, snow showers and a few brief, heavier bursts will be possible.

Hilltops can expect a coating of snow during the heavier showers, but otherwise, accumulations should be minimal to non-existent.

Snow showers will become less numerous in the evening but will stick around deep into the overnight.

Strong northwest winds will blow at speeds of 15-20 mph. Top gusts could reach or exceed 50 mph, especially in the afternoon.

High temperatures will be very cold for May with highs struggling into the upper 30s.

The clouds should keep temperatures from dropping too much in the evening with mid 30s expected.
