Mild air will move in for Thanksgiving, though rain showers will continue to dot the region.

The best chance for rain will be through the morning hours. On and off periods of rain are possible, maybe even with a briefly heavier downpour.

Rain showers will still be possible in the afternoon, but they should be fewer and farther between. A few breaks of sun may be possible between showers.

Winds are starting the day from the south but will gradually turn to the southwest. Wind speeds will be 5-10 mph with gusts reaching 20 mph.

Afternoon highs will push into the low and mid 50s thanks to those winds. Evening temperatures will fall into the upper 40s with overnight lows in the low 40s.

The chance for a few stray showers will continue into the evening and overnight.

Sunday: Sunny most of the day, but thin clouds move in late. Morning lows in the upper 20s. Afternoon highs in the upper 40s.

Monday: Increasing clouds with afternoon rain. Windy. Morning lows in the mid 30s. Afternoon highs in the low 50s.
