PRESS RELEASE
New York State Police in Homer are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a man who stole items from the Country Max on State Route 13 in the town of Cortlandville on January 7, 2021 at approximately 5:30 p.m.
The male was last seen fleeing the area on a bicycle eastbound on State Route 13. He was wearing a camouflage vest, dark colored sweatshirt with the hood up, dark pants, baseball cap and face mask. The suspect also dropped a bag with items inside it that were not from the store.
