New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced his resignation from office Tuesday afternoon following the state attorney general’s report last week that concluded Cuomo sexually harassed 11 women.
Cuomo’s Lt. Governor, Kathy Hochul, will take the reins from Cuomo on Aug. 24 and become the state’s first female governor.
