A town of Cortlandville man has been charged with allegedly abusing an incompetent/disabled individual in the village of McGraw, according to the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office.

Through an investigation by the county sheriff’s office back on Oct. 23, it was reported that Devon Price, 30, of Cortlandville, had “physically and inappropriately restrained the victim,” the report states. The report also notes the victim was “not injured.”

Price has been charged with endangering the welfare of an incompetent or disabled person, a Class-E felony.

Price was recently arrested and released on an appearance ticket. He is set to appear in the town of Cortlandville court this Tuesday at 1 p.m.
