Varsity Ice Hockey: Cortland-Homer vs. Auburn
The Cortland-Homer Golden Eagles beat Auburn 6-1 at home.
The Golden Eagles were led by Andrew Partigianoni (2 goals), Hunter Everle (1 goal & 1 assist), Mitchell Riter (1 goal & 1 assist), Tanner Douglass (1 goal & 1 assist), Braden Marsh (1 goal), Rowen Dankert (2 assists), Tucker Gabriel (1 assist), Logan Goodman (1 assist), Chris Yang (1 assist), Logan Swartz (1 assist).
Auburn’s only goal of the game was scored by Charlie Cunningham.
Cortland-Homer will take on Christian Brothers Academy on Monday (January 10th) at the JM McDonald Sports Complex at 7pm.
Varsity Girls Basketball: Homer vs. Solvay
The Homer Lady Trojans defeated Solvay 57-25 on the road Thursday night.
With this win, Homer now holds a 6-2 overall record.
Homer was led by Catherine Apker (16 points, 6 rebounds, 7 assists, 17 steals & 2 blocks), Gracie Patriarco (11 points, 2 rebounds, 3 assists, 13 steals & 2 blocks), and Kayla Miller (8 points, 2 rebounds & 5 steals).
Solvay was led by Margaret Kemp (11 points, 16 rebounds & 2 blocks) and Natalie Orr (8 points & 3 rebounds).
Homer’s next game will be against Phoenix at home on Monday (January 10th) at 6:30pm.
Varsity Girls Basketball: Cincinnatus vs. New York Mills (NYM)
The Cincinnatus Lady Lions lost a tough game to New York Mills (NYM) at home with a score of 12-46.

With this loss, Cincinnatus has fallen to a 1-8 record
