A handful of city of Cortland retirees expressed concern over potential changes to their healthcare benefits during Tuesday’s Common Council meeting.
Rick McMullin, a retired city police detective lieutenant, and other city retirees spoke during the privilege of the floor portion of Tuesday’s meeting.
City mayor Scott Steve responded to the comments made during privilege of the floor. Councilperson Bill Carpenter (D-6th Ward) also provided a response.
