Cortlandville firefighters freed a trapped driver from its car following an accident on Highland Road Thursday morning, according to a release.
The driver was conscious in his vehicle after the accident, but was entrapped inside. Cortlandville firefighters used a rescue spreader tool and removed the door in less than five minutes to free the driver.
The driver was transported to the hospital by TLC-EMS and treated for injuries suffered in the accident.
