A Cortland County man stole a ball-bearing gun (or BB gun) from a hardware store over the weekend, according to a Cortland County Sheriff’s Office report.
Cody R. Grabowski, 30 of Cortland, entered the Tractor Supply Company store on Route 13 in the town of Cortlandville and stole a black BB gun.
Grabowski was located, arrested and charged with petit larceny and fourth-degree criminal mischief (both misdemeanors). He was released and will now appear in Cortlandville town court at a later date.
