A Cortland man was arrested on Sunday after he stole merchandise from a local store, according to a Cortland County Sheriff’s Office report.
Scotty L. Youngs, 40, stole merchandise from the Walmart store on Bennie Road in the town of Cortlandville.
Youngs was charged with petit larceny – a misdemeanor. He was processed, released and issued an appearance ticket for arraignment at Cortlandville town court on April 10.
