A Cortland County woman was arrested after she allegedly stole from a local store while in the presence of a minor, according to a report.
According to a report from the Cortland County Sheriff's Office, Ashley M. Reid, 27 of Cortland, allegedly stole merchandise from the Walmart store in the town of Cortlandville on Monday evening.
Reid was charged with petit larceny and endangering the welfare of a child – both Class-A Misdemeanors. She was processed, arraigned, released and now due to appear in Cortlandville town court on June 5.
