A man was arrested over the weekend as he faces multiple misdemeanors and traffic infractions in the process, according to a report.
The Cortland County Sheriff’s Office report stated that Chester J. Talarski, 42, of Freeville, was driving while intoxicated in the town of Cortlandville.
Aside from his DWI charge, Talarski was also charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated. Traffic infractions against Talarski include speeding in zone, inadequate muffler and failure to use a designated lane.
Talarski was processed, released and now due to be arraigned in Cortlandville town court at 2:30 p.m. Monday.
