Multiple larcenies were reported at a local store in Cortland County over the weekend, according to a Cortland County Sheriff’s Office report.
The reports stated that two larceny arrests occurred on Sunday at the Walmart store in the town of Cortlandville.
Delaney E. Kerr, 26, of Homer – and Walter L. Case, 58, of Cortland, both allegedly stole merchandise from Walmart between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. on Sunday.
Kerr and Case were both charged with petit larceny, a Class-A Misdemeanor. Each was processed, released and now due to appear in Cortlandville town court on July 24.
