County Sheriff: Man with arrest warrants in possession of drugs

A man with two active warrants was arrested over the weekend and in possession of drugs, according to a report.

The Cortland County Sheriff’s Office report stated that officers attempted to locate Ryan D. Nolan, 36, of Baldwinsville, in the area of Rickard Street in Cortland on Saturday.

The report said that Nolan, with two active warrants for his arrest, was taken into custody. He was found to be in possession of drugs, the report continued.

Nolan was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (a misdemeanor). He was processed, arraigned, released and now due to appear in city court on Aug. 14.
