A man was recently arrested after an investigation discovered child pornography on a computer, according to a report.
The City of Cortland Police report stated that Andrew Swarm, 59, allegedly possessed child porn after authorities received a complaint.
According to the report, authorities seized and examined a computer, which contained child porn video and photos.
Swarm was charged with possessing a sexual performance by a child (a Class-E Felony). He was released on an appearance ticket and is now set to appear in city court at a later date.
