A woman was arrested earlier this week following an altercation while in the presence of a minor, according to a report.
The Cortland County Sheriff’s Office report stated that Stacey R. Randall, 40, of Homer, engaged in a physical altercation with another individual in an RV during the early-morning hours of Wednesday (Aug. 2).
According to the report, the altercation occurred while in the presence of a minor.
Randall was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor. She was processed, arraigned, released and now due to appear in Cortlandville town court on Aug. 21.
