A light southerly flow will keep a few showers rolling across the region again today.

Showers will be a bit more sporadic than yesterday and will be especially probable in the early morning and later afternoon hours. The afternoon showers could have a couple rumbles of thunder and brief downpours.

Skies will generally be cloudy, but a few glimpses of sunshine will also be possible.

Temperatures will be a few degrees warmer than yesterday. Expect highs in the mid 70s, though a few places could sneak into the upper 70s.

It will be slightly more humid than yesterday, with dewpoints in the mid 60s much of the day.

Winds will be light with speeds near or just over 5 mph, coming in from the south and southeast.

Tonight, scattered showers will become more isolated, but will not completely dissipate. Evening temperatures will drop to the mid 60s with overnight lows in the upper 50s.

Thursday: Mostly sunny. Morning lows in the mid and upper 40s. Afternoon highs near 70.

Friday: Mostly sunny. Morning lows in the mid 40s. Afternoon highs in the mid 70s.

Saturday: Sun and clouds. Maybe a stray shower late. Morning lows in the low 50s. Afternoon highs in the upper 70s.
