Two individuals were arrested earlier this week for trespassing at an apartment complex in Cortland County, according to a report.

The Cortland County Sheriff’s Office report stated that officers responded to a trespass complaint at Stevens Manor in the town of Cortlandville.

Chelin Kash, 31, and Kristopher C. Woodman, 33, both of Homer, were trespassing inside the apartment building, the report noted. According to the report, Kash also provided false information regarding her true identity.

Kash and Woodman were arrested on Wednesday. Both received a second-degree criminal trespass charge, while Kash also got a second-degree criminal impersonation charge (all Class-A Misdemeanors).

Kash and Woodman were released on appearance tickets. They are both due to appear in Cortlandville town court on Sept. 11.
