A man was arrested late last week for allegedly stealing merchandise from a local store, according to a report.
The Cortland County Sheriff’s Office report stated that Haungyang He, 20, of the town of Cortlandville, allegedly stole the merchandise from the Walmart store in Cortlandville.
He was arrested on Thursday (Aug. 31) and charged with petit larceny. He was processed, released and now due to appear in Cortlandville town court on Sept. 11.
