High pressure will move overhead today with quiet weather conditions.

Skies will be mostly sunny throughout the day. Clouds will be limited to some patchy fog or other low clouds early this morning and a few small fair weather clouds this afternoon.

Winds will not be as blustery as yesterday, though they still will be primarily from the northwest. Expect wind speeds of around 5 mph throughout the day, turning mostly calm as sunset approaches.

Temperatures will be a couple of degrees above yesterday, but still on the cool side. Afternoon highs should be mostly in the mid 60s, though a few upper 60s in the south are not out of the question. The northern hilltops will stick to the low 60s.

Clear skies and calm winds will lead to quickly falling temperatures this evening. It should not take too long after sunset to fall through the 50s and into the 40s.

Overnight lows will be down into the lower half of the 40s. A few sheltered cold pockets may even slip below 40 degrees.

Here is a look at the weather for the next few days:

Thursday: Mostly sunny. Morning lows in the low and mid 40s. Afternoon highs in the upper 60s.

Friday: Sun and a few clouds, especially late. Morning lows in the mid 40s. Afternoon highs in the low 70s.

Saturday: More clouds than sun. Morning lows in the upper 40s. Afternoon highs in the upper 60s.

Sunday: Mostly cloudy with showers possible. Morning lows in the upper 40s. Afternoon highs in the upper 60s.
