Low pressure over eastern Canada will finally dissipate today as it moves eastward but will still drag one more subtle boundary through our area as it does so.

This boundary will most likely come through during the midday and first half of the afternoon. As it does so, clouds will increase, and a few spits of rain may fall.

Prior to and after the passage of this boundary, the sun will make an appearance, darting in and out of some clouds.

Tonight, skies will gradually clear at first before thin clouds start to move in during the predawn hours.

Temperatures will work their way into the upper 50s to near 60 degrees by the early afternoon, aided in part but a light but steady south wind.

Behind the boundary, winds will turn to the northwest, holding temperatures mostly steady through the remainder of the afternoon.

Evening temperatures will quickly fall into the mid 40s and overnight lows should reach the upper 30s. Some colder pockets may reach the mid 30s with patchy frost.

Here is a look at the weather for the next few days:

Friday: Increasing clouds. Some sunshine filtering through at times. Morning lows in the mid and upper 30s. Afternoon highs in the mid 50s.

Saturday: Rain likely, possibly heavy at times. Morning lows in the low 40s. Afternoon highs near 50.

Sunday: Cloudy with numerous rain showers. Morning lows in the low 40s. Afternoon highs in the low 50s.

Monday: Scattered showers. Morning lows in the low 40s. Afternoon highs in the low 50s.
